Scripted by M. Sindhuraj, this movie is being produced by Zulfi Hasis and Shebin Backer under the banner of Balcony 6 Entertainments. The cinematography of ‘Pullipulikalum Aattinkuttiyum’ is done by S. Kumar while the music is donned by Vidyasagar. The story pools into the social issues in Kuttanad, through the tale of a hapless youth.

Shot at Kainakary in Alappuzha district, the location is set at the village of Kuttamangalam. Kuttanad has undergone a transformation from agrarian landscape verdant with paddy fields to a major tourist destination. Now most of the business revolves around the backwaters. Local youth dreams of becoming tourist guides, chefs and drivers of houseboats working in the backwaters other than sweating in the fields. This social dilemma is weaved together and told in a light hearted way.


Gopan is the manager of a houseboat. To attract tourists he approaches classical dancer Kainakari Jayasree (Namitha Pramod) to perform classical dance for tourists. She agrees to do the same until she gets a visa to the Gulf.  Gopan and Jayasree used to share their dreams and the worries and eventually fall in love.

Gopan convinces his brothers to get married. As they get hitched, the fiery trio becomes as docile as lambs and Gopan finds himself to be the fighter in the family. Gopan is very poor in English and has two friends to cook Suseelan (Harisree Asokan) and boat driver Babu (Subeesh).

Samrajyam II: Son of Alexander is an upcoming Indian Malayalam gangster film directed by Perarasu. The film is produced by Ajmal Hassan. It is sequel to 1990 Mammootty starrer blockbuster Samrajyam and Unni Mukundan will play the lead role of Jordan, the son of Alexander who was the protagonist in the prequel. The hero launch function was held in Dubai on 5 October 2012. Ashi will play the female lead making her debut in Malayalam.
The film's soundtrack and background score were composed by R. A. Shafeer and Ilaiyaraaja, with lyrics penned by Sarath Vayalar, while Shekar V. Joseph handled the cinematography.

Samrajyam 2- Son Of Alexander is an upcoming Indian malayalam gangster film directed by Perarasu. It is sequel to Samrajyam and Unni Mukundan will play the lead role of Jordan who, quite unexpectedly, is forced to take charge of his father's empire after 13 years. Kunjananthante Kada is a Malayalam film directed by Salim Ahamed starring Mammootty in the lead role. Sound editing is by Resul Pookkutty. Kunjanathante Kada directed by National Award winning director Saleem Ahammed will have Mammootty in the lead role as a shopkeeper. The story tells the dale of a shopkeeper and his wife, both of whom never gets along with each others in their opinions.
Its a movie with high hope of seeing Mammootty exhibiting his acting talents to the best. It is definitely going to be a toatally different kind of a charactor that Malayalam movie industry has never seen before. We can also se Salim Kumar playing one of the important role in the movie.
